1998 Glanza V for sale

hi guys after ovwe 3 years of faithful service its time to let her go. after a while away from the forum ive decided that the time has come for me to move on to a different project. For sale: Toyota Starlet Glanza V 1998 in 040 white Item Condition: paintwork/bodywork: good/very good condition, no dents that im aware of, the only bit that lets it down slightly is the bumper below the foglight on the passenger side, where i hit a badger, its cracked the bumper but is now mostly covered up by the 1998 replica front splitter. its normally washed once a fortnight with a coat of meguiars wax once a month it still has the original glanza stickers, and also has the rare raised "glanza" logo in the grill, and ive also had the foglight relocated into the rear cluster. the car was also fully waxoil'd one week after i bought it. interior: very good, wear on the drivers boulster, but not bad, carpets and plastics are very good for a 11 year old car leather on the steering wheel is still good. mechanical: so far has been bulletproof, it needed a new clutch shortly after i bought it, and was done at mr clutch in luton. the car is serviced every 4000 miles without fail, this normally includes 10w 40 magnatec, oil filter, fuel filter and plugs (it currently has iridiums that should last another 5k). car has never ran more that 0.8 bar (apart from a short period when it was hesitating due to the shit actuator) its also had new leads, rotor arm, dizzy cap and cv boots. it had a lack of power for quite a while but this was finally sorted with some new gaskets and new pipes on the inlet manifold. just recently i was worried the turbo was on its way out as it started smoking on idle when the aircon was on, or if the aircon had been on at some point. after having a good look at the exhaust system i noticed the decat wasnt completely sealed against the exhaust and after sorting that the smoking only happens every now and again, if the aircon is on and under no other circumstance does it smoke. just trying to be as honest as possible. because of this i have bought a non smoking used ct9 which will be going with the car, just for peace of mind. gearbox is all good with no crunches from the syncro's, the tc short shifter also aids the shifting . has also had a used pas pump fitted. has also had both handbrake cables changed. Price and price conditions: £4000 Extra Info: 1998 spec with nicer 3 spoke steering wheel twin srs airbags aircon climate control darker plastics darker carpets mileage, right well it gets a bit tricky here, because the speedo converter that was on the car broke shortly after i first got it, the car had 55k kilometers on it when i got it and by the time i got a mph converter on it again it had covered 80,000(ish) kilometers, and it now shows 113,000 so if you do the math it works out at about 85k miles, since ive had it, it has never been on track days or rolling roads. and alot of my driving is motorway mileage. mods: -enkei 14" wheels in gold with a blue lip. fitted with 185/55/r14 nexens all round. -rays blue wheelnuts -braided brake lines with 5.1 fluid -tanabe sustec shocks and springs all round (nice and comfortable for cruising but stiffen up when cornering) -roadrunner mild steel manifold -stainless steel braced decat downpipe -2 1/4 custom exhaust system fitted with a 5zigen backbox -hks oil cap -ngk iridium grade 7 plugs -ngk blue ignition leads -excide battery -hks actuator set at 0.8 bar -tc short shifter with solid shifter bushes -trd gearknob -razo pedals -mitsubishi fto front seats -alpine 10cm front components -alpine jdm parcel shelf speaker pods -alpine 17cm speakers in pods in front doors -indiglo dials -twin pillar pod with boost and narrowband air fuel guage -unsure of stereo that will be going with the car. – probably forgotten a load of stuff, but i'll add more over then next few days.
