IX GT (Possibly) for sale

Putting the feelers out here folks – An E90 M3 has popped up for sale at a decent price so I am thinking of parting with my IX GT. As it sits there has been just over £16,000 spent and this is the way I would intend to sell it. It’s currently running 421BHP/390LB/FT. Mapped by Jonny & Phil @ A.I. Engine oil & filter changed every 3,000 miles and gear / transfer and rear diff every 6,000. Detailed every 3 months. I would consider a fair price for all the mods to be 50% of their original price so… As it currently sits I would need: £24,000 Or If someone would be interested in the car with standard wheels, standard seats, standard brakes and no gauges I could sell it that way for: £19,000 Or I could strip the car back to 100% standard form for: £16,000
