Rover 420 5 door Turbo Diesel with Intercooler for breaking for sale

1999 (V reg) Rover 420 5 door Turbo Diesel with Intercooler (it’s an iLV I think) for breaking. Hit at the back end while parked – see photos here. Everything was in full working ordering, and excellent condition prior to the accident. 99990 miles. Engine, gearbox, everything were well looked after – had service history and receipts for other work. Air-con and electric front windows. Cambelt & Fuel pump drive belt changed @ 75108 miles New front discs and pads at about 90000 miles New clutch at 80286 miles New PAS pump 78480 miles Had the usual gearbox release lever problem, this was stripped down and sorted earlier this year – just 3 weeks before accident! Even had new brake pipes last year. Front end is obviously intact (with exception of windscreen – which is cracked), so headlights, fog lights, front bumper, wings, door mirror, etc all okay. Driveshafts were fine, with no knocks. Alloy wheels – one is kerbed now and tyre on it possibly punctured, the others have some marks / corrosion, but not terrible. Tyres were all okay – not sure on tread depth (would have to check) NO seats or door cards (keeping these for now). No stereo. Just don’t have the time to break this myself. Car starts and runs just fine and will drive, but obviously needs to be removed by trailer. No MOT or tax. £220 Located in Darlington.
