whats my tme worth for sale

i know people are always asking what there cars worth but i brought a red tme a while ago with a rattly engine and its been sitting around for a while so last week i started with getting engine machined,it will be a 2.0 forged motor with a few other add on’s,done around 62k miles has things like a hks cams, exedy twin ,new tyres,very clean body work etc ecu im not 100% yet but will be mapped for around 400bhp any ideas what it will be worth so i dont get in to deep
